Air IT win customer satisfaction category at European MSP Innovation Awards 2020

East-Midlands managed service provider (MSP), Air IT have been announced as winners of the Customer Satisfaction Award at The European MSP Innovation Awards 2020.

Taking place virtually due to social distancing measures, the European MSP Innovation Awards are completely independent and based solely on innovation and achievement in the European channel in Information Communication Technology (ICT) sector over the past year.

Having been awarded winner of the inaugural MSP of the Year winner in 2019, the team at Air IT were thrilled to be announced the winners of the Customer Satisfaction Award at the virtually broadcasted event, as well as coming runner’s up in categories for the ‘Next-Generation MSP’ award and the ‘Best Place to Work’ award.

The Customer Satisfaction Award celebrates managed service providers who demonstrate a comprehensive approach to providing first-class customer experience, with the highest levels of retention and satisfaction. Factors which Chief Executive Officer, John Whitty recognises as an integral part of Air IT’s core values and have consistently contributed to the successes of the company’s popularity and growth in the region.
