Get Yourself ‘moving Ready’ For When Lockdown Is Lifted

Following the government’s latest announcement that housing market transactions in England can take place again, leading developer Barratt Homes is advising buyers how to get themselves ‘moving ready’ during the pandemic.

For any Northamptonshire homeowners dreaming about their next home, there is much that can still be done to get in the best position possible to move throughout lockdown.

You’ll most likely end up needing them more than once throughout the application process, so get everything in order now and create a ‘new home’ folder where you can store everything. This will make things much easier when it comes to applying for your mortgage and reserving your home.

Now comes the fun bit – deciding what type of home you want.When it comes to choosing your home, make a list of priorities and have in mind how many bedrooms you would like and what sort of location works best for your lifestyle.
