Stirlin announces re-opening of selected construction sites

Lincolnshire property developer, Stirlin Developments, have announced that they will begin a phased re-opening of certain construction sites over the coming weeks.

Stirlin have devised a comprehensive plan to ensure that sites can be re-opened safely and effectively, while meeting Government guidelines and most importantly, prioritising the wellbeing of staff.

Sirlin believe that a phased and cautious approach to recommencing works is necessary to ensure customer demand is met within the residential and commercial property markets.

Strict hygiene and social distancing measures will be implemented across the re-opened sites, with all members of staff receiving a detailed induction on the new policies before returning to work.

On the 24th March, Stirlin made the difficult decision to close their office and all their construction sites, following the unprecedented announcement made by the Government.

Managing Director of Stirlin, James Kirby says:

“After announcing the closure of our office and sites on the 24th March, we’ve been working hard to ensure our employees received as much support and guidance as possible during these testing times.

"As a family-run business, we recognise that we have an important responsibility to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our employees and sub-contractors, which will be reflected in the strict measures that will be implemented upon the re-opening of sites.

"Our staff, our clients and our suppliers have been incredibly supportive during this challenging time and for that, we are eternally grateful. We would also like to send our thanks to the NHS and key workers, who have been doing an incredible job keeping our country safe.”
