Workplace Diversity Solutions Backs Love Business 2021

Workplace Diversity Solutions have booked their stand for the Love Business Expo taking place on Tuesday, 23rd February 2021 at the Holywell Park Conference Centre.

Speaking to Love Business last week, Workplace Diversity Solutions Managing Director Richard Shakespeare said:

“I wanted to focus on what I can do to develop the business during these uncertain times. With everything that is happening now it would be easy to take your eye of the ball in terms of business development and moving forward. We will come through Coronavirus; businesses will come back, and we will continue to show how innovative the East Midlands is as a region.”

Richard has been a passionate supporter of Love Business since it began. He has been a Love Business partner for several years, as well as producing the Love Business Podcast which was launched in December 2019. For me, Love Business has become a fixture in our yearly events calendar. We have had some fantastic success from the event and have found the support of Quiet Storm Solutions and all the Love Business partners to be invaluable.

Due to the support of Love Business, Workplace Diversity Solutions has gained clients including Eurostar International, who the business has now been working with for the past eight years.

Richard Commented:

“During this difficult period, we have taken the time to streamline our business, develop more diversity and inclusion tools to support businesses to embed a culture of inclusion, and added a significant number of courses to our eLearning catalogue. These are tough times for businesses everywhere but, we must remain focused.

Use this time to revaluate your systems and processes, develop new products, provide training, learn a new skill that will benefit your business and, identify opportunities.”

Over recent weeks Workplace Diversity Solutions has seen an increase in demand for their market-leading eLearning solutions as more and more businesses turn to digital learning to provide awareness for their teams. Employees can undertake online training even if they are on part of the Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme. According to Government guidelines published last week:

Furloughed employees can engage in training, as long as in undertaking the training the employee does not provide services to, or generate revenue for, or on behalf of their organisation or a linked or associated organisation. Furloughed employees should be encouraged to undertake training. You can access more information here

Workplace Diversity Solutions offer learning which has been endorsed by AOFA Qualifications, this means that learners are able to receive an official certificate of completion once they have completed specific courses. AOFA Qualifications is an Awarding Organisation regulated by Ofqual

If you are looking to provide personal development and training opportunities for your staff via remote learning, please contact Workplace Diversity Solutions to see how they can help.
