NG continues expansion in Derby with Cotton Brook Road deal

Commercial property specialists NG Chartered Surveyors have brokered a deal to buy a 8,845 sq ft industrial unit in Derby.

The move comes as NG continues to extend its market share in the city and is the second acquisition the company has acted on for its landlord client in the last year.

The property, at 26/26a Cotton Brook Road, Sir Francis Ley Industrial Estate, is immediately available for rent as a whole or separate units. NG will be undertaking management services on the premises and have already provided advice on the refurbishment of the units to maximise its rental value.

James McArthur of NG said:
