Telecommunications specialists Invictus Communications has started the year with record sales, awards recognition and several new partnerships.

Castle Donington-based Invictus Communications has clinched £400,000 worth of new business in recent weeks to install new telephony systems for John Pye Serviced Offices which provides service offices for more than 25 businesses in Nottingham; award-winning Kiddi Caru children’s day nursery group; and leading recruitment and managed services specialists AM2PM Group Holdings Ltd.

The company has been recognised by Fidelity Group, one of the UK’s fastest growing communications providers with more than 140 partners.  Invictus Communications has won the Best Hosted Reseller and the Best Data Reseller awards in recognition for its growth and high standards in customer service.

Invictus Communications is growing its network of referral partners by joining the East Midlands Networking Group of high-profile businesses, run by Champions plc, and working with IT specialists Infuse Technology.

And community support continues with becoming headline sponsors of the Derbyshire Live Business Awards and sponsorship of Derbyshire Institute of Sport and Melbourne Dynamos FC.

Invictus Communications managing director Jonny McPhee said:

“Our ethos is to ‘buy local, sell local and support local’ so it is important to us that we expand all these areas.

“By working with other companies to benefit mutual customers, we can increase sales and then plough a good proportion of profits back into the local community.

“I am confident that this record start further paves the way to achieving our goal to be the ‘go to’ telecommunications provider in the East Midlands.”

Invictus Communications provides a range of telecommunications services including  telephony hosted in the cloud, leased lines, business mobiles linked to the telephony system via an app; and competitively-priced energy services.

All are tailored to individual business customers’ needs to increase productivity, security and flexibility and well as reducing costs with free calls to local, national and mobile numbers.

Among the new clients is John Pye. The initial contract is to supply telephones at the new John Pye Serviced Offices at a business centre next to John Pye’s auction house in Nottingham and then roll-out a new telephony system across the company’s 23 nationwide sites, comprising nearly one million square feet of facilities.

Head of Property Richard Reed said:

“We were recommended to Invictus Communications by a firm of solicitors and chose to work with Jonny and the team as they offer the best of both worlds – dealing with a local company but backed by Fidelity’s 24/7 customer support and cloud-based systems.

“This ensures continuity of service and also the flexibility to expand the telephony system as we grow. We found working with Invictus very easy and professional and we look forward to growing our infrastructure with them.”
