Love (Business) is in the air this Valentine's Day

Happy Valentine's Day everyone!

It's that time of year when romance is in the air and love is all around.

With a little less than two weeks to go until Love Business 2020, we wanted to do our bit to spread the love this morning.

Everyone involved with the event loves business. It's the reason why we set the whole thing up in the first place and why it has established a place in the hearts of businesses across Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire each year, who continue to support the event as either delegates, exhibitors or show partners.

We can sit here all day and talk about how amazing the event is, but here, we bring you the thoughts of some of our amazing Love Business partners, and what it means to them...

East Midlands Chamber - Love Business Headline Partner

“We’re delighted to once again be backing Love Business as headline sponsor in 2020, as a clear demonstration of our commitment to enhancing businesses and communities across the East Midlands.Although running or leading a business is extremely rewarding, it can be a lonely place, yet most of the people who own or manage SMEs are passionate about their trade and love the buzz of it.

“Love Business encapsulates all of that, as well as Love Business connects businesses with all the organisations, like the Chamber, which can help SMEs to grow and prosper so they continue to provide jobs and financial security to the wider community.”

David Pearson, Director of Partnerships

Mocha Communicates – VIP Lounge Sponsor

“Mocha Communicates is delighted to again be supporting Love Business in 2020. We’re a business with people at our core, whether that’s our amazing clients or our brilliant team. We create value and help clients to achieve your business goals.

“We support Love Business because of the way it puts people first, bringing business leaders from organisations of all sizes together to help them succeed, prosper and grow.

“Love Business is all about giving people a platform to connect and collaborate, to help build a strong business community across the East Midlands and that’s why we’re proud to be involved.”

Gemma Orton, Managing Director

Accent Commercial Resources - programme print sponsor

“We’re pleased to be partnering Love Business 2020, following a successful appearance at the 2019 event. It was a great show, we met a lot of new people on the day, gave out loads of goodie bags and were really proud of our stand and our presence at the Expo.

“Because of the nature of the market we operate in, we can be quite a reactive business. Events like Love Business are great because they give us the opportunity to get in front of other businesses to showcase a selection of products and printed effects we have to offer.

“The East Midlands is a brilliant place to do business and always finds a way to succeed, despite whatever is going on with the economy, and we’re proud to be a part of that community.

“Love Business 2020 will once again show the strength of the businesses we have here.”

Rhydian Pile, Managing Director

Lexus Derby - Love Business Driving Partner

“The business community across the East Midlands keeps motoring ahead, which is why we’re delighted to be supporting Love Business 2020.

“As the engine room of the UK economy, the region drives the county’s success and it’s events like Love Business that make that happen.

“On the day, we’ll be showcasing our latest range of fleet solutions which add a touch of luxury to business driving. These include our latest hybrid models, which are tax-efficient, more economical to run and environmentally-friendly.

“Love Business brings a good mix of people together and we have options to suit any business, so we’re looking forward to taking people for a spin at the 2020 event.”

Will Clarke, Divisional Head of Local Business Development

KuKu Connect – Networking Drinks Reception Sponsor

“As the region’s premier luxury networking brand, we are proud to be a partner of Love Business for the 2020 event.

“Love Business is all about bringing people together to build relationships and collaborate, two things we are passionate about here at KuKu Connect.

“When you get business leaders from all sizes and types of organisation in the same room, something magical happens, which is why we are delighted to lend our support.

“Our Drinks Reception will be aimed at helping people to make those vital connections in a friendly, informal environment, offering a fresh alternative to traditional business networking.

“We love business, so we hope to see you there.”

Stephen Goddard, Managing Director
