Avant Homes appoints Paul Devaney as Group Commercial Director

Barlborough-based housebuilder Avant Homes has appointed a new group commercial director, as it continues to focus on its growth strategy of becoming a £1bn turnover business by 2023.

Paul Devaney takes up the position with more than 30 years’ experience in the housebuilding and commercial industry. The role will see Paul work closely with the wider team across the group to implement systems and processes that ensure robust financial planning and budgeting whilst ensuring the effective performance of staff, suppliers, and contractors.

Speaking about his appointment, Paul Devaney, said:

At present, Avant Homes has 59 developments under construction across the north of the UK stretching from Pitdinnie Grange in Cairneyhill to Purbeck Village in Warwick.
