Exciting new connections for Branston Hall

Our January Connect Reception will be hosted by Branston Hall, situated in over 80 green acres, just outside of Lincoln.

Branston Hall has been in many ways quietly forgotten, but 2020 will see the hall go into a new era and chapter of its historical life. The hall will be undergoing a careful and loving programme of development, with aspirations of providing elements of service, one might expect from the famed ‘Red Star’ status; the superior level of star-ratings for hotels. Headed by Chris Tomlinson, MIH who has recently joined the hotel as its new leader and GM, Chris has a vast portfolio of experience of hospitality and providing excellent customer-based service, which is more about experience and personable service. With a range of exciting plans extending to fine wines, gin, food, outdoor pursuits, rooms and suites for doggy owners and much more to come Branston Hall, so is one to watch.

The hall’s historical roots go back to the now extinct Dukes of Ancaster right through to a visit from a recent Prime Minister, Sir John Major. The January Connect Reception is the opportunity for an exclusive preview of what the hall has planned and will include complimentary hospitality and a mini tour with Chris and his team who will be hosting the reception. Even without the exciting developments we very much think you will fall in love with this Lincolnshire stalwart which has the perfect blend of being a grand house, but equally as warm and welling as a intimate home – we love the roaring wood fire in the front hall and bar, perfect for a glass of delicious red, rolling acres of green to wonder upon, two lakes and 4 very rare black swans; Dame Agatha Christie would fit right at home.
