Announcing Alchemy VA’s first Virtual Assistant Hub

A business advisor and part-time firefighter has launched Alchemy VA’s first Virtual Assistant Hub – pledging to help her clients ‘firefight’ in their business.

Sarah Damani, from Earls Barton in Northamptonshire will not be ditching her hat and boots. Instead, she plans to work around her role as a retained firefighter, to provide remote PA, marketing and admin services under Alchemy Virtual Assistance’s (VA) new franchise and trusted brand.

With her background in high street retail, marketing, finance, planning, merchandising and more recently working as a small business advisor for Northamptonshire Growth Hub, Sarah says she has always been attracted to challenging roles and has a wealth of experience to bring to entrepreneurs, sole traders and businesses in North Northamptonshire and beyond.

“People say they feel like they’re firefighting in their businesses all the time and that’s where I can help,” said Sarah, who is also a CrossFit enthusiast in her spare time. “As an Alchemy Virtual Assistant, I can help clients manage their administration, but I can also look at other areas which would help make their business more efficient. Someone might be spending hours on a wide range of admin tasks which would take me half the time.”

Sarah, a mother of two, says she chose to set up as a Virtual Assistant under Alchemy VA’s franchise model because of the company’s family-orientated ethos and award-winning reputation. The ongoing training and mentoring was also a big appeal, as she knows first-hand how important that level of support is to a start-up business.
