New Nottingham Serviced Apartments Offer Home from Home for Business Travellers

Heritage Mews, a new development of serviced apartments has launched in Nottingham city centre.

Offering the perfect alternative to a traditional hotel stay, the collection of 12 boutique, state of the art apartments has already received huge interest with more than 100 bookings secured in the first few weeks.

Situated on High Pavement in the heart of the Lace Market, each of the individually styled apartments has been designed with the discerning corporate traveller in mind. Perfect for businesses looking for high quality accommodation for clients and colleagues, each apartment features a kitchen fitted with microwave, fridge and hob, 49” flat screen TV, full SKY TV package including sports and movies and high-speed broadband. Set over three floors, Heritage Mews offers the very latest in serviced city centre living, with an AI concierge service through which guests can order food, dry cleaning, tickets for local events and other amenities.

Heritage Mews is the debut scheme of property development company, Cosybox Living. The team behind the new brand is made up of property entrepreneur Dominic Rice, interior designer Sandra Rice and Nigel Rhodes of construction company, DL Rhodes & Son.

Nigel said:

“The serviced apartment sector is growing at a faster pace than that of traditional hotels as corporate and leisure travellers demand more space and flexibility in their accommodation options.  Whether it’s a one night stopover for a meeting or conference, or a central base in the city for a couple of weeks or longer, Heritage Mews offers the ideal alternative to yet another soulless hotel room when travelling for work.  Our apartments are all about feeling home away from home, with all the personal touches you’d expect from a high-end luxury apartment.

“We’ve already seen great interest from a wide variety of visitors and the feedback has been extremely positive, with our first guests impressed by the high specification, attention to detail and excellent location.  Corporate accounts are now available for businesses needing regular access to flexible, high quality accommodation.”

Heritage Mews is a brief walk from Nottingham Railway station and right in the heart of the Lace Market, one of the city’s oldest areas.   Making up part of the Creative Quarter, it has its own unique character, merging history with independent culture. The grand red brick warehouses and factories are now home to creative businesses, upmarket bars and a great selection of restaurants

Dominic commented:

“We’re delighted to have launched our first Cosybox Living serviced apartment development in Nottingham - a city chock-a-block with exciting new projects taking shape, from the Broadmarsh redevelopment to the new college to riverside living.

“Everywhere you look in Nottingham you can see investment and redesign, which is why we were attracted to the city.  More than 35 million people visit the city each year for business and leisure, and Heritage Mews’ prime location offers the perfect option for visitors looking for luxury accommodation without the formality of a hotel stay.  It’s five-star hotel living, but not as you know it.”
