East Midlands law firm helps secure top location for new Copper café bar

Fraser Brown Solicitors has been working with Great Northern Group to secure the premises license and lease for the new Copper establishment in Nottinghamshire.

The classic British bistro chain, Copper, is now open at 18a Market Place in the centre of the market town of Bingham, Nottinghamshire, bringing 30 new jobs to the region and serving a vast menu of world-influenced dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

This is the fourth Copper venue to open in Nottinghamshire and a lot of work has been involved in transforming the premises from a vacant old office building, into the brand-new daytime café, which evolves into a comfortable evening bar.

The premises is a listed building, retaining many of the 19th century features and architecture, mixed with a stylish and relaxed interior distinctive to other Copper restaurants, with valued fit out works of approximately £500k.

As well as staples such as croissants and teacakes, the breakfast menu includes a full English breakfast and avocado sourdough toast dishes, alongside a range of hot beverages and lunch options including specials such as oak smoked salmon with grapefruit and rocket salad and Thai beef salad.

The evening menu comprises a mix of classic world bistro dishes such as tapas, fish platters, and delicious vegan options including roasted cauliflower curry.

For an evening tipple, there is a wide selection of cocktails, including the popular Caramel Appletini and Bakewell Sour, as well as a well-stocked gin bar with a skilled bar team on hand to advise and create refreshing gin and mixer combinations.
