SDL Property Partners welcome four new partners to its growing network

SDL Property Partners has welcomed four new partners to its franchise network as interest in block management from across the property industry continues to grow.

The new partners include Ainsworth Lord Estates, which will be the first member of the SDL Property Partners network in the northwest. The Lancashire-based, family-run estate agency business has featured on the Channel 5 documentary ‘Nightmare Tenants, Slum Landlords’, offering expert advice on the more challenging aspects of the property industry.

Two established estate agency businesses in the southeast are also joining SDL Property Partners; West London-based Jezzards and Kent-based Medway Premier Block Management. Meanwhile Peter Morgan will become the second partner based in south Wales, bringing 30 years’ industry experience. Following the original model, his new business will trade as SDL Property Management Peter Morgan.

Originally launched two years’ ago targeting block managers to “be your own boss”, SDL Property Partners has increasingly been approached by property businesses interested in block management.

Head of franchising at SDL Group, Chris Summers, says:

“We offer flexible branding options which means that estate agency businesses can easily plug into the SDL back office and take advantage of our block management expertise and training programme.

“For those starting out fresh in the block management industry such as Peter Morgan, the co-branding with SDL Property Management helps to get you up and running as quickly as possible. We build our training programme around our partners, so whether they need more support with the technical aspects of block management or winning new business, we are here to help.

“All our new partners have successful businesses and are well aligned with the SDL Group values. We’re looking forward to helping them succeed in block management and welcoming more partners from across the property industry very soon”.
