Air IT bags top honour at CRN Awards

East Midlands-based managed service provider (MSP), Air IT, was named MSP of the Year at the annual CRN Channel Partners Awards 2019.

Now in its 26th year, the annual CRN Channel Awards recognise excellence within the UK channel industry, celebrating the latest innovations and advancements in technology.

This year’s impressive fun fair themed ceremony took place on Thursday 14th November at Battersea Park Evolution in London, with over 1,600 channel professions in attendance.

Air IT received judges’ praise for its forward-thinking use of technology and high customer satisfaction levels, as well as its employee development and growth pathways. It was also recognised for its long-term relationships with clients and vendors.

The win comes as great news for the leading ICT company, who serve over 400 clients across the Midlands and nationwide.

James Healey, Managing Director at Air IT, said:

“I’m extremely proud that Air IT has been named as the MSP of the Year, marking one of our biggest achievements as a company to date.

“To be awarded such an impressive accolade from none other than CRN verifies the strides we’re making within the industry and the results we deliver to our clients.

“I’d like to say a big thank you to the Air IT team, who all play a key part in our ongoing success and achievements. I’m delighted that our hard work and dedication has been recognised yet again by such a highly regarded award.”

Sara Yirrell, Head Judge and Consulting Editor at CRN and Channel Partner Insight, added:

"Air IT came out on top in this tremendously competitive category. By achieving excellent levels of service delivery, customer satisfaction and growth - all of which were well documented it is entry - Air IT is setting a high standard among the UK’s flourishing MSP community."

Air IT is the first Managed Service Provider in the East Midlands to achieve 3-Star Service Desk Certification, and is independently ranked as one of the world’s most progressive MSPs and number 1 in the Midlands.  The firm was also recognised as the Best Company to Work For (Sub £50m) at the CRN Sales & Marketing Awards earlier this year.
