Work underway at new development in Overstone

Work is now well underway at Barratt and David Wilson Homes South Midlands’ new development in Overstone, with the homebuilder bringing much-needed quality new homes to the village.

The official ‘cutting the sod’ ceremony took place with David Wilson Homes South Midlands Managing Director John Dillon who marked one of the first milestones on site.
