Retail Assist Welcomes Samantha Wilde as Their New Service Delivery Lead

Managed services and solutions company, Retail Assist, has hired Samantha Wilde as their new Service Delivery Lead.

In her new role, Samantha will be leading a team of call analysts on Retail Assist’s award-winning Help Desk. She explains:

“My main focus is to develop, support and guide my team towards doing the best possible job for our clients.
