No signs of slowing down for Cooper Parry Corporate Finance

In a summer that started with the hiring of a Debt Advisory specialist in London to deepen their offering to clients and flourished into the completion of four deals in two months, it’s fair to say Cooper Parry Corporate Finance have been going from strength to strength.

What’s more, they’ve recently won “SME Advisory Team of the Year”, and was shortlisted for “International Deal of the Year” and “SME Deal of the Year” in the Insider Midlands Dealmakers Awards. And now, they’ve also added a new Corporate Finance Manager to their ranks.

Sachin Parmar, who joins the team after working in M&A at Mazars CF, also spent 6 years at RSM in Nottingham.

Sachin said:

“Every day presents a new challenge; unique opportunities to make a difference for business owners during what’s usually one of the most important decisions of their lives. That’s what I love about my role, and that’s why I’m really looking forward to my future here at Cooper Parry; especially as the team are so hot on the healthcare sector, which is an area I’m really interested in.”

“I chose Cooper Parry because they’re liberating business services and adapting to serve the demands of the modern workplace. It’s refreshing to see and it’s an exciting place to work, with great work-life balance and like-minded colleagues. I’m joining the CF team at the perfect time too. They’re expanding across the country, they’ve just completed a string of deals, and I’m looking forward to contributing to more in the near future.”

Andy Parker, Head of Cooper Parry Corporate Finance, said:

“We’re delighted to have Sachin join our team in this period of growth.  He has some great experience in a range of sectors and an excellent attitude to supporting clients to get deals done”
