Planning application submitted to build new offices

Duncan & Toplis have submitted a planning application to build new offices on Fairfield Way Industrial Estate in Louth, which has now gone live on the East Lindsey District Council's planning portal.

Adrian Reynolds, managing director at Duncan & Toplis said:

“We see a great deal of potential in Louth, which is one of the reasons why we’ve taken the decision to submit a planning application for a new office development on the Fairfield Industrial Estate. We’ve worked closely with local developers Stirlin to prepare the application and design a building that will better accommodate our team and is attractive to passers by.

“Our Louth team has seen tremendous growth over the years and this has taken our current site at 15 Chequergate to maximum capacity. In order to future-proof our presence in the area, the new site is much larger with a good sized car park for colleagues and clients, a contemporary, open plan office space and we also plan to sublet half of the first floor to provide a modern office space for other local businesses.

“We hope that the application process will go smoothly and look forward to continuing to support businesses in Louth.”
