Characterful Croft offices let to leading presentation design agency

A substantial share of a well-located Leicestershire office complex has been let to the UK’s premier PowerPoint and presentation design service through Leicestershire property experts Mather Jamie.

Established over a decade ago, Eyeful Presentations stands as one of the top three presentation consultancy and design companies in the world. To accommodate their exponential growth, Eyeful Presentations has taken a 10 year lease on two unique properties that form part of a larger group of offices in the south-west of the county, which is owned and occupied by leading construction materials producer and supplier Aggregate Industries.

The two standalone, two-storey buildings – The Coach House and Greystones – total just over 8,000ft² and both feature open-plan and cellular office space with annexe blocks. Meeting rooms, individual offices, kitchen facilities and separate WC facilities are all included, in addition to which there are parking spaces for 50 cars within the site’s grounds.

The ideally-positioned offices sit within five miles of two motorway junctions: J21 of the M1 and M69 to the north, and J2 of the M69 to the south. Hinckley and Leicester are seven and eight miles away respectively.
