Stirlin begin work on 5 additional industrial units at Kirk’s Yard

Kirk’s Yard is a 1.2 acre commercial site, situated approximately 4 miles to the South East of Lincoln city centre. The development is located just outside the village of Branston, having excellent access to the A15 and B1188.

Stirlin completed Phase 1 of the Kirk’s Yard development in March 2019, which comprised 6 high-specification light industrial units.

With such significant interest shown in Phase 1 of Kirk’s Yard, Stirlin have noticed a strong demand for modern, cost efficient employment space within the area.

Following this volume of interest, Stirlin are due to commence the construction of Phase 2 of Kirk’s Yard in October 2019.
