String of Project Wins Start Sizzling Summer for Purpose Media

Derbyshire based full-service marketing agency, Purpose Media, are celebrating after securing several new clients and projects – bucking the national trend that sees slowing sales and productivity in the summer months.

Managing Director, Matt Wheatcroft, said:

‘Traditionally at this time of year we’d expect to see a slowdown in terms of new projects coming on board, as many people on holiday and defer investment decisions until the autumn. We’ve found that’s not the case, and we’ve had some really exciting projects to work on.’

With clients from multiple sectors taking advantage of the different services Purpose Media offer, their team of Account Managers are busy working on creating strategies to deliver campaigns and projects that make an impact.

Multiple businesses taking advantage of multiple services

Account Director, Jamie Bourn, said:

‘We’re working with some fantastic local manufacturing businesses T4 Design and MTM products across our full service offer to help them place their brands in the market and communicate their message.’

‘Through competitive tender we’ve also secured an exciting project with Teach Derby to help promote Derby City as a brilliant place for teachers to live and work, which commenced last week.’

‘That on top of new web projects for London-based LLM handling and a video contract for North Notts Business Improvement District, the team are on track for a busy summer – and we’re already stuck in.’

New projects build on success

New projects come after the company successfully launched new websites for Leyton Orient Football Club and fire and security company TIS.

Commenting on behalf of Leyton Orient FC, Elliot Byrne, Media Manager, said:

“The team at Purpose have put so much effort into our new site and it really shows, from the start Purpose Media was the outstanding candidate and it’s been great to work with them on this project.

“By partnering with an agency that had a proven track record, outstanding ability and a desire to work with us, we’ve built a site that puts fans first and we’ve already had some great feedback about how good the new site looks.”

Giving Customers Control

On their work with Purpose Media, Jessica Goldsmith, Marketing Executive for TIS said:

“We’ve had our fingers burned in the past when it came to marketing agencies promising us the world, but then not being able to deliver. Purpose Media came to us and showed us where we were wasting budget, what we needed to do to improve our perception and how we communicate, and how we can progress and plan for the future.”

“Now I feel back in control of our marketing, and it’s like I’ve got a bigger team to help me whenever I need it. Our new website is brilliant and follows new branding, tone of voice and a full marketing strategy developed by the team at Purpose – it’s made telling our story much easier, and after 6 months of working together I don’t know how I’d get by without them.”

Hungry for More

Although busy, the team at Purpose Media are ready to take on new projects and challenges. Jamie said:

“Over the past 3 years we’ve grown, expanded and developed our business to what it is today. We can act as a full marketing team for our clients, or just deliver them the one-off project they might need. In the end it’s all about working with them to bring them more from their marketing as a team.”
