Successful sales advisor Merryn awarded her own site at Heathcote Grange

Luxury homebuilder Mulberry Homes has helped its new Sales Advisor to build on her skill set at Heathcote Grange in Great Bowden.

Merryn, aged 24 from Kibworth Beauchamp, has been working for Mulberry Homes for nearly a year after being attracted to the company’s high standards.

After settling in and working hard to succeed, Merryn has been rewarded with her own site at Heathcote Grange on Leicester Lane.

She said:

“It feels fabulous to have my own site. I am very proud of the site that Heathcote Grange is developing into and I love being able to work on a project from start to finish.”

Some of Merryn’s responsibilities include greeting and showing customers around homes at the development, maintaining a good relationship with all involved in the moving process and carrying out the necessary admin and legal work.

Merryn added:

“The part of the job that I enjoy the most is dealing with my lovely residents and customers, as all of them are amazing people. I also enjoy seeing the site change and develop almost daily.

“Everyone that works for the company are genuinely lovely people too, I feel very appreciated and feel as though all of my feedback and recommendations are heard and taken seriously.

“What I want in the future is to have a successful first site and I hope all of my buyers are happy with the service they have received. In the future I would then like to have another site which is a little bigger but still to the fabulous Mulberry Homes standard.”

Heathcote Grange also had a successful weekend, last weekend, after hosting a Market Day where residents and the local community got a chance to meet the owners behind their local businesses and take a look around the beautiful development.
