One of Leicestershire’s largest independent lettings agency expands its team

One of Leicestershire’s largest independent lettings agencies has announced an addition to its team of staff who are based at three offices across the county.

Andrew Granger & Co have appointed experienced negotiator Chris Beeby to the role of senior lettings negotiator. Chris will be based at the agency’s Market Harborough branch.

Chris began working in estate agency in Market Harborough in 1983, having previously worked at Andrew Granger & Co for ten years between 1997 to 2007. During his career, Chris has also worked across eight different counties from Warwickshire to Cambridgeshire and Leicestershire to Oxfordshire. 

“It’s great to be back at Andrew Granger & Co,” comments Chris.

“The company has a very experienced and efficient lettings team and a wide portfolio of properties, so the work is always interesting and varied. Being an independent agency also enables us to make decisions quickly and maintain a closer professional relationship with tenants and landlords.”

Chris is a fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA), a member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) and an associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). He also holds a diploma in Residential Estate Agency.

Director of residential lettings Jill Griffiths explains that the company is delighted to welcome Chris back, commenting:

The lettings department manage properties for around 1000 landlords across the East Midlands. The company also offers a range of property services including residential sales and commercial lettings and sales as well as planning and professional services. The agency has offices in Loughborough, Leicester and Market Harborough.
