Nucleus HR onsite with Leicester Tigers win

Leicester HR firm, Nucleus HR, has announced a brand-new Human Resources partnership with Leicester Tigers, bringing its expertise to the club ahead of the new season.

With over 21 years of industry experience – and a former professional athlete herself – Toni Robinson, who founded Nucleus HR in 2017, impressed the senior management team at Leicester Tigers with her straight-talking suggestions as to how the HR function could and should support the direction of their wider business plan.

With a particular focus on employee engagement, Toni and the team are working closely with Leicester Tigers to tackle a three-year HR strategy in a move that’s being viewed as hugely positive throughout the club.

As part of the restructure, Matt Johnson, who has been with the club for 10 years based at the training facility and working with the playing side, will be taking up a new role as Head of HR, working closely alongside Toni and her team.

Having worked with businesses in the sporting, education and software development industries previously, the Nucleus team is used to adapting to a variety of situations, always ensuring that the client comes first.
