Duncan & Toplis appoints new associate director for probate

Amy Codd has been appointed as private client solicitor and associate director of Duncan & Toplis Probate Services.

Amy will be dealing in all aspects of probate client work, including wills, lasting power of attorney, probate and court of protection orders.

Amy joins the growing team at Duncan & Toplis Probate Services which was started in 2016 and is part of Duncan & Toplis Group.

As a group, Duncan & Toplis offers financial advice, IT services, administrative services, financial management, business advice, accountancy and probate services across six sister companies.

In her new role, Amy will be working alongside director and head of legal practice at Duncan & Toplis Probate Services, Graeme Hills.

Before joining Duncan & Toplis, Amy worked as a private client solicitor at Chattertons Solicitors & Wealth Management having trained at Ringrose Law.
