Quiet Storm help JA Ball make a splash at MIPIM

MIPIM is the world’s biggest international commercial property investment event.

Every year, more than 25,000 movers and shakers from the global real estate world descend upon the French paradise of Cannes to network, see what developments are on the horizon and decide where they want to place their money.

It’s a very lucrative event to attend, with representatives from cities across the UK and beyond all going along to showcase their wares and battle it out for the billions of potential investment on offer.

Quiet Storm was thrilled to play a small part in helping Team Leicestershire to bring home the bacon this year.

We were delighted to equip Quiet Storm's long-standing client, JA Ball, with some branded banners to help it make an impact at MIPIM.

We produced banners which took centre stage at a ‘Team Leicestershire’ reception aboard the Ocean Sapphire cruise ship.

The event gave JA Ball the opportunity to showcase its projects to international buyers, identify potential partnerships and help put Leicestershire on the map.

Director Adam Ball said:

“We had a really productive time at Cannes and our banners were the star of the show.

“They helped set the scene to our guests and get our brand in front of hundreds of influential international property players.

“MIPIM wasn’t just about us, though. We were proud to represent Leicestershire on the East Midlands team, showcasing our entire region and making the case for why it represents such a great opportunity for global investors.”

Steve Megson, our Managing Director, added:

“As a keen sailor myself, this project was right up our street.

“With investors from around the world in Cannes, all eyes were on the Team Leicestershire exhibition, so it was absolutely crucial that we portrayed the area, and the region, in the best light.

“Although it was only a couple of banners, a lot of thought went into the design and the messaging that went onto them, to ensure they made a massive impact.

“I’m told the Team Leicestershire event was a huge success and our banners made a real splash, which is what we were hoping to achieve.”
