Promotion to Operations Director for long-serving consultant

SF Recruitment, the leading specialist recruiter in the Midlands, has further strengthened its Nottingham team with the promotion of one of its longest serving consultants, to Operations Director.

Jo Eaton has been with the Millennium Way based company in Nottingham for the past 14 years and was recently promoted to the role which sees her manage a team of 12 consultants, including two divisional managers, and assisting in achieving an average 40% year-on-year profit growth for the last six years.

Her promotion has taken place alongside that of Mike Lattimer, who has also been announced as Operations Director for SF Recruitments Birmingham office.

The company, which has Dragon’s Den star James Caan as an investor, and CEO Saria Demmer (ex Deloitte) at the helm, has grown rapidly since it began just over 20 years ago.

Jo has helped the Nottingham office double in size over the past three years to a team of 25, and is looking to continue this trend for the near future.

Jo had worked for another recruitment agency before being recruited herself to join SF Group, which recently rebranded as SF Recruitment.

The company has offices in Birmingham, Leicester and Nottingham, and employs 120 members of staff throughout the Midlands, recruiting across the professional services in sectors such as finance and accounting, HR, procurement and supply chain, sales, marketing, office support, and IT and technology.
