New hire for Nottingham student lettings and management company

Student lettings and management company Uni2 Rent has announced the appointment of Becki Pass in the role of property manager.

The Nottingham-based company, which was founded in the city by an entrepreneurial student in 2012, aims to house Nottingham’s vast student community in contemporary, centrally located homes and works with landlords with houses of multiple occupancy (HMOs) and large investment funds with purpose-built accommodation sites.

In her new role, Becki will take on a number of responsibilities, including block management, health and safety compliancy, managing general maintenance teams and advising landlords on property improvements.

Bringing more than five years’ industry experience to the position, Becki joins Uni2 Rent as the company celebrates a positive period of growth, having seen its turnover increase by nearly 70 per cent since 2016.

Becki said:
