For our Derbyshire July Connect Reception the All-American Queen of the burger; Annie will be hosting at her Burger Shack in Derby on Friary Street.

Annie’s Burger Shack has brought delicious, authentically American burgers to Friary Street inside a stunning Art Deco Grade Two listed building. It’s a little bit of New England USA, right in Derby city centre!

Annie’s menu consists of 34 handcrafted burgers (The Classic, The Delta, The Elvis, The Kogumaza and The Deathray, to name but a few), And EVERY burger on the menu is available as Vegan, Veggie or Meaty.

Originally from Rhode Island in New England Annie grew up where the first ever American diners began. In 1991 Annie visited Derbyshire and fell in love, moving to the region in 1994. Annie's Burger Shack launched in 2009, pairing burgers with her love of real ale, a perfect combination. Annie herself will be hosting us at The Shack, with a fantastic burger buffet on offer and plenty of choice to suit every taste and experiencing Annie's Portside Tavern for a tipple.
