Diversity workshops for local businesses

Two of the region's leading diversity experts are joining forces to deliver a summer series of workshops aimed at helping businesses get to grips with diversity and inclusion within their organisations.

Richard Shakespeare, of Workplace Diversity Solutions, and Carmen Morris, of Kenroi Consulting, will deliver the events, aimed at workplace leaders and managers.

The workshops are designed to support business leaders to embed diversity and inclusion within the teams and functions for which they are accountable.

They are designed for those who have responsibility for recruitment, team management, HR and talent management and are useful for professionals across a wide range of sectors, who are tasked with building inclusion into workplaces and organisational and business functions.

Morning and afternoon sessions are available and will take place at the offices of Quiet Storm Solutions, in Whitwick, Leicestershire.

Richard and Carmen are leading experts in the field of diversity and inclusion and have worked with large organisations across the UK and Europe to support them in creating a culture of inclusion.

Courses are three hours in length and will cover key topics such as:
