The former St Mary’s nursing home, located on the A52 in Ednaston, is opening its doors to visitors from businesses between 4.00pm and 7.00pm on Thursday 27 June.

Guests will be able to take a tour of the recently restored period building and members of the team will be on-hand to provide information about the hi-spec offices and meeting rooms available to rent. There will also be an opportunity to meet and chat with current tenants and find out first-hand about the benefits of being based at Ednaston Park, including flexible lease terms, concierge service and virtual office packages.

Complimentary cream teas will be on offer for visitors to enjoy throughout the afternoon.

Ednaston Park was purchased by property investment and development company CWC Group in September 2017 and has since undergone a sympathetic refurbishment to transform the building and grounds into an impressive business centre.

The site now comprises of 20,000 ft2 of flexible space in the form of 32 hi-spec office suites ranging from 54 ft2 to 526 ft2, which are available as single or multi-office lets. It also features meeting rooms, a break-out area and landscaped gardens.

Commenting on the event, Lucy Delaney, business centre manager at Ednaston Park, said:

“We’re very excited to be showcasing the fantastic facilities and business services we offer here.

“We’re looking forward to meeting more of the local business community and would like to encourage any entrepreneurs, micro-business or SMEs thinking about moving to new office space or looking for an alternative to city centre-based working to drop in and find out more.

“We can accommodate businesses of all sizes and would encourage anyone who is interested in joining the growing business community at Ednaston Park to drop in on 27 June and have a chat with the team,” added Lucy.

Offices at Ednaston Park are suitable for micro and small-to-medium sized enterprises and also for larger organisations looking for a prestigious regional office location.

Many of the original period features were retained during the refurbishment programme, including fireplaces, architectural coving, cornicing and sash windows. Stained glass from the Chapel windows was saved and can now be seen along the corridors of the business centre.

In contrast to its heritage, Ednaston Park boasts state-of-the-art security with Paxton key fob entry and intruder alarms in every office.

All local businesses are welcome to attend the Open Days and booking is not required. Free on-site parking and wheelchair access will be available.
