A local business growth specialist is hoping to change the lives of many business owners across Hinckley and the surrounding area.

Ed has spent the last few months working as a business growth specialist in the local area and has since been granted Senior Partner status with global firm ActionCOACH.

Since launching in November 2018, Ed’s ActionCOACH business has changed his life, allowing him the freedom to walk his two young children to school every single day. It’s this positive change which he wants to replicate with local business owners, helping them boost their profitability and quality of life, not just for them but their teams and families too.

“I’ve worked in the corporate rat race for years as a performance coach and development specialist but was missing out on time with my family. I decided to take matters into my own hands and become my own boss. I chose to start an ActionCOACH business coaching franchise, tapping in to their proven strategies that have helped thousands of business owners around the world. It turned my life around and now I want to be able to support others in doing that too. I’m constantly seeing business owners stressed or not achieving their goals and my team can make a difference, helping to take them from good to great.”
