eBadges announce UK manufacturing move to support customer supply chain

eBadges, specialists in designing and producing badge-making machines for businesses across the UK,  is moving its manufacturing back to Britain to meet customer demands and improve quality control and production speed.

After the initial success of bringing the manufacturing of its Micro badge maker back to the UK from India, the company saw increasing calls from customers for more machines produced closer to home. It has now made the decision to bring its design and production to the UK, redeveloping its popular Mini badge machine to fill the gap for a robust, sturdy and competitively priced product made in Britain.

“With Brexit causing so much uncertainty, we were aware that customer concerns around businesses remaining in the UK was rising,” said Andrew Vear, Owner of eBadges. “Our number one priority is having happy customers and keeping stock levels steady, and this move means we can improve the supply chain, continue to offer a fast, reliable delivery service and even have the added bonus of generating additional work within the local economy.”

He added: “Much of our competition has its manufacturing processes in China which means that replacement components are difficult to source and very expensive. Our customers can rest assured that our products will stay competitively priced.”

The eBadges Mini badge making machine has been designed as a high quality, staple choice for businesses to use to make crafts easily. The machine makes up to 300 badges per hour, and is available as a maker pack with components or alone.
