Inspiring Business by Sharing Success

Award-winning kitchen ventilation experts have successfully expanded

The kitchen extraction & ventilation cleaning specialists, Interduct UK Ltd, are celebrating a successful expansion of the business.

The company has gone from strength to strength recently which meant they had outgrown their premises in terms of space and facilities in Northamptonshire and have now moved to a new base in Bicester, Oxfordshire.

The new premises will provide more space to accommodate staff growth and will ensure that they have the necessary facilities and storage, which gives the business a new approach to an exciting new future. Interduct clients can benefit from the good transportation links with easy access to Bicester via the M40 and A43.

The business has been able to expand due to good sustainable growth, offering an end to end service for existing and new customers and specialising in the various disciplines of grease management and ventilation cleaning and maintenance. The expanding growth in the specialist areas has resulted in the increase in staff and for existing staff to be promoted, such as Le-Ann Eyles and Andy Crowley who now have Director roles, supported by Steve Whiteside as Service Manager. There has been additional members joining the administrative team and development of a North and South Foreman to support the engineers at night whilst carrying out the kitchen extraction cleaning, with further introduction of more teams and managers nationwide to cover the Riser Cleaning, TR19 Access Works and Ventilation Cleaning.

When asked what the most exciting aspect of this expansion is, Managing Director, Le-Ann said:
