Clarke Willmott named in list of highest rated planning law firms

National law firm Clarke Willmott LLP has taken fourth place in a prestigious list of the highest rated planning law firms for 2019.
The Planning Law Survey 2019 is an in-depth report naming the law firms and solicitors ranked highest by the consultants, developers and officers that use their services.
Clarke Willmott has moved up two places since last year’s survey while four lawyers from the firm’s 11-strong planning team have been named individually.
Clarke Willmott Partner Neil Baker is ranked highest in third place with clients describing him as “a consummate and highly experienced professional with a commercial and practical focus on the matters in hand.” Another consultant commended his "persistence and tenacity" and "precise and straightforward advice that allow projects to move forward quickly and efficiently."
Chris Charlton and Caroline Waller, both also Partners, are joint fourth and also making the list of highest rated planning solicitors for the first time is Clarke Willmott Associate Jade Lyus who is a new entry at number 22.
