Kettle Chips MD to bring some 'crunch' to networking event

OVER 200 food sector professionals are due to gather on 4 April in Peterborough to hear Ashley Hicks, managing director of Kettle Foods, give an inspirational talk on the brand’s impressive growth within a competitive market.

The Food Business Breakfast, organised and hosted by food and drink specialists Roythornes Solicitors, has become a key networking event for Peterborough’s food scene and one which continues to grow in popularity year on year.

Known for their intense flavours, Kettle Foods operates in the competitive snack sector where disruptor brands and own label ‘copycat’ products are trying to gain market share. Hicks will discuss how Kettle Foods meet the challenges it faces and how have they developed their brand and product portfolio to ensure continued profitable growth.

The talk will provide inspiration to delegates looking to stand out from the crowd with their own products and brands. There will also be opportunities for delegates to network and discuss professional collaborations over breakfast.

Mark Dodds, marketing manager, said:

“We’re looking forward to another thought-provoking event. It’s great to have a household name like Kettle Foods on board, which we hope will draw in delegates from further afield too.

“As well as providing plenty of networking opportunities, the breakfast is the ideal event for anyone involved in the food sector to hear from a leading brand.”

The Food Business Breakfast takes place on 4 April 7:30-9:30am at KingsGate Conference Centre, Peterborough. Should you wish to attend please go to www.roythornes.co.uk/site/events. For a flavour of the event, visit our YouTube channel.
