Lincolnshire company named among top employers in the UK

HOMELET, part of the Barbon Insurance Group, is celebrating being named one of the Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For 2019, marking the second year the business has received the accolade and seeing them rise 41 places in the list from 87 to 46.

The accolade is arguably one of the highest achievements in the business landscape and HomeLet is one of only two companies from Lincolnshire to make the list.

The Top 100 list is determined by eight factors of workplace engagement and relies on confidential honest and unbiased feedback from colleagues across a number of criteria covering everything from wellbeing to development opportunities.

HomeLet is the UK’s largest tenant referencing and specialist lettings insurance company, employing more than 350 staff. It also produces the HomeLet Rental Index, a survey that provides expert and accurate data for the average prices of rent all over the UK on a monthly basis.

To mark the achievement, HomeLet will be celebrating with all of its colleagues by holding a ‘Best Companies Day’ event at its Lincoln office on 1 March, with activities, giveaways and competitions to show the company’s appreciation for the support of its people.
