What people said

Founder and CEO of EEA, Matt Manners, said:

“Special congratulations must go to our Company of the year and three time winner on the night, PKF Cooper Parry. This year the entries really have proven the transformational value that focusing on the employee experience can deliver.

“One of our main themes of the evening was the importance of diversity to a business. In a world that seems to get more divided by the day, workplaces that create a true sense of community will transform the employee experience and the bottom line.”

Partner & Chief People Officer at PKF Cooper Parry, April Bembridge, said:

“Three awards – we’re speechless! To be recognised for the work we do around rewarding and engaging our people – not just once, but three times – is fantastic. It shows how the work we do on culture and encouraging our people to play to their strengths is truly paying off. Thank you so much and to all the judges. We’re massively humbled and so proud to have won up against such amazing competition.”

CEO at PKF Cooper Parry, Ade Cheatham, said:

“We’re tearing up the rulebook when it comes to culture. From coming 12th in The Sunday Times Best Companies list to winning Audit Team of the Year at The British Accountancy Awards, our unique culture and philosophy on engaging our teams keep getting us recognised. And importantly, our growth, client advocacy scores and regular testimonials show it’s working for clients. We’re so proud to win these three awards. And it’s the start of even more to come.”
