Leicester businesses invited to polish their skills at free training sessions

Businesses across Leicester are invited to polish their marketing, sales and customer service skills at a series of free ‘masterclasses’ taking place next month.

Leicester Business Improvement District (BID) has teamed up with Kibworth-based business consultants, Incrementa, to offer all fee-paying members three tickets to the sessions.

The three two-hour masterclasses have been tailored to help businesses increase their skills and knowledge in digital marketing, customer service and sales.

Incrementa’s Managing Director Stuart Hartley and his team of business experts will host each workshop at John Lewis in the Highcross shopping centre, Leicester, between 2pm and 4pm on Tuesday, 5 February (Digital Marketing), Tuesday, 19 February (Sales), Tuesday, 26 February, (Customer Care).

“This is a unique opportunity for our members and their employees to undertake specialist training from business expert Stuart Hartley and his team of experts.

“Each session has been carefully planned with small and medium sized businesses in mind. We are delighted to be able to offer this kind of support to our members and their employees. Tips and tricks for generating leads using digital marketing, including social media, email marketing and website marketing will be covered in the first session, a Digital Marketing Workshop, taking place on Tuesday, 5 February, between 2pm and 4pm.

Later in the month on Tuesday 19 February, a sales workshop will equip businesses with the essential techniques and strategies to understand the sales process and how to overcome obstacles in order to close more sales and exceed targets.

Finally, on Tuesday, 26 February, customer care will come under the spotlight at the final session.
