Leicester-Shire & Rutland Sport (LRS) is your local network and support team for physical activity and sport across Leicestershire, Leicester and Rutland. We want to be the most active place in England, building a healthy and vibrant future for our communities.

The LRS Wellbeing @Work package is designed to support local Leicester-Shire and Rutland workplaces & businesses to improve the health and wellbeing of their staff, and reap the benefits of a healthier workforce. The package includes access to inter-workplace competitions, Business Games, training, and support to implement Public Health England and Healthy Working Futures ‘Workplace Health Needs Assessment’. This is a free* tested tool for organisations of all types and sizes and can be used to identify and improve areas of employee health and wellbeing. 

The Workplace Health Needs Assessment is sourced from Public Health England and Healthy Working Futures (2017) ‘Workplace Health Needs Assessment.

We have chosen to exhibit in the hope that we will meet local businesses who wish to make positive changes to improve the health and wellbeing of their employees. Improvements in health will have a direct impact on employee engagement and productivity. Visit us at the Love Business Expo to find out how we can support your business to see these benefits.
