Nottingham based property networking group, Propertyface2face celebrated its 10 year anniversary last week with a glamorous lunch event held at Alea, raising £4,231 for children’s charity, Operation Orphan. www.operation-orphan.org

Over 140 property and finance professionals enjoyed some Hollywood glitz and glamour as they were snapped with showgirls in a photo booth complete with red carpet, before sitting down to a three course a la cart lunch catered for by Marco Pierre White Steakhouse and Grill.

An event sponsor, Peter Simons Financial Services helped to kick the proceedings off by handing over a cheque for £2,500 for Operation Orphan and the remainder of the cash was raised from a prize draw. The top prizes on the day were a Bentley Experience at Silverstone donated by environmental business services consultancy, Alverprise Ltd and the latest BMW X5 for a weekend from Sytner Nottingham.

Property professional and director, Propertyface2face, David Stewart said:

“Propertyface2face has enjoyed ten successful years thanks to great networking events that are enjoyed by the local property and finance community.

“The cash raised this year is our highest ever yet, we are pleased to continue our partnership with Operation Orphan to support the critical work it does supporting children both at home and abroad.”

Operation Orphan aims to improve the quality of life for orphans and vulnerable children around the world. While its UK based project Forget Me Notts is designed to help the specific needs of ‘at risk’ children across the East Midlands.
