Ednaston Park showcases its new facilities at festive open day

Business owners, neighbours, and anyone with an interest in the recent refurbishment of the former St Mary’s Nursing Home in Ednaston is invited to attend a series of Open Days at the building, which has been transformed into the new Ednaston Park managed workspace scheme.

The drop-in events are taking place from 10am to 2pm on Monday 3 and Tuesday 4 December at the building on Painters Lane in Ednaston, off the A52 between Derby and Ashbourne.

Guest will have the opportunity to take a tour of the recently refurbished period property, which has been the subject of a major refurbishment programme since it was purchased by developers CWC Group in September 2017.

They’ll also be able to meet the team and find out more about the managed workspace scheme and the range of services and facilities on offer.

There will be a festive flavour to the event too, with refreshments and mince pies.

Ednaston Park now comprises of 20,000 ft2 of flexible space in the form of 32 hi-spec office suites ranging from 54 ft2 to 526 ft2, which are available as single or multi-office lets. It also features meeting rooms, a break-out area and landscaped gardens.

Commenting on the event, Lucy Delaney, business centre manager at Ednaston Park, said:

“We’re thrilled to be able to open our doors to welcome prospective tenants, neighbours and members of the local community to these special Open Days at Ednaston Park.

“We look forward to showcasing what we can offer the local business community and would encourage any entrepreneurs, micro-business or SMEs thinking about moving to new office space or looking for an alternative to city centre-based working to pop along and see us.

“Ednaston Park is perfectly located off the A52 between Ashbourne and Derby and our offices can accommodate a range of business sizes and needs.

“The former St Mary’s nursing home played a key role in the local community, so if anyone has any old photos of the building, we’d love to see them and hear their memories.”

Everyone is welcome to attend the Open Days and booking is not required. Free on-site parking and wheelchair access will be available.
