Housing association earns national acclaim for technology support service

An East Midlands housing association has earned national recognition for its approach in using technology to enable independent living.

Futures Housing Group, which manages nearly 10,000 properties across the region, has received a Quality Standards Accreditation from the Technology Enabled Care Services Association (TSA).

Suki Jandu, Futures’ Group Customer Experience Director, said:

“This accreditation is a major milestone for Futures as we look to develop and enhance the support we offer to our customers.

“It demonstrates our strengths in this field and gives our customers even more confidence in us.

“Through new technologies and more tailored approaches to support, we can help people live in their own homes for longer whilst offering them the peace of mind that someone is there if they need it.”

The accreditation means that Futures is part of a growing network of technology-led support experts working to help people achieve independent living and put them in control of their own health and wellbeing.
