Long service employee chooses a David Wilson home at The Avenue

As well as recently celebrating 20 years working for the company, employee Linda Lane has made the move into a brand new David Wilson home at The Avenue in Overstone.

Linda (64), who is the PA to the Technical Director and Development Director at the South Midlands division in Northampton, recently moved to her new four bedroom home with her husband Stephen (58).
The couple were attracted to a new build property because they wanted to achieve low maintenance living and a home that would not require any DIY work.

They used the Part Exchange scheme to move from Ecton, which took away the stress of having to sell their existing home and made the move smoother.

Linda said:

“We fell in love with the Cornell style home at this development because the layout and the size of the rooms are exceptional and, paired with the location, it was exactly what we wanted”.

“We really love the kitchen and the way it looks out onto the garden where we have been spending a lot of time, this was a real selling point for us”.

Linda and Stephen have commented on the friendliness in the local area and the feeling of being “welcome” and Linda enjoys walking her Chinese Crested dogs in the nearby countryside and nature park.
