MHR’s Enable Now user adopter solution helps Tamworth Borough Council drive efficiency cost savings through continuous workforce development

Tamworth Borough Council has selected MHR’s knowledge content management and training solution Enable Now to support the transition of system knowledge and upgrades to its iTrent HR and Payroll system (by MHR) to help optimise user competency levels and accelerate the adoption of best practice processes.

Enable Now is a comprehensive tool that supports Tamworth Borough Council to create, manage and deliver all aspects of knowledge transfer and performance support in a single solution.

It provides the convenience to create bespoke content and training materials, including documentation, step-by-step user guides, tests and animated videos with unprecedented speed and the flexibility to deploy online educational resources directly to employees – making training more cost-effective and less time consuming.

The module supports the Council with the rapid transition of system upgrades to enhance user adoption and knowledge of its software, while empowering its workforce with ‘just-in-time’ learning – providing them with access to knowledge as and when they need it.
