Brother and sister choose David Wilson Homes for careers in commercial property

A Northamptonshire brother and sister have chosen David Wilson Homes to pursue their careers in commercial, as the demand for quality new homes across the South Midlands continues to rise.

Aimee (26) and Daniel (28) Turiccki are both based at the division’s head office in Northampton and are part of the housebuilder’s growing Commercial department, which looks after purchasing and surveying land.

Daniel joined the company in 2012 and has worked his way up to be a Senior Quantity Surveyor. He decided to make the move to David Wilson Homes to progress his career after working for a local engineering consultancy.  He said:

“I really enjoy working in the commercial department because of the mix of people and the challenging work.”

Aimee joined the company recently after her brother recommended the housebuilder to her, and is a Commercial Administrator.  She said:

“The people in the department are very friendly and made me feel welcome straight away. I’m really enjoying the range of work I’m getting to do and how no two days are the same.”

John Dillon, Managing Director at David Wilson Homes South Midlands, said:

“We are delighted that both Daniel and Aimee have chosen to grow their careers with our commercial team and would like to welcome Aimee to our expanding office.

“As a leading housebuilder in Northamptonshire, we pride ourselves on not only providing a first-class service for our customers, but also ensuring we look after our staff and provide opportunities to progress within the company and achieve their ambitions.

“As a division, we have exciting growth plans in place for the years ahead and now is a fantastic time to be joining the company and actively supporting this further development.”
