Trio of National Award Wins for Team Tanglewood

Three coveted national awards have made their way back to Lincolnshire after Tanglewood Care Homes secured a hat-trick of wins at this year’s Care Home Awards.

Employees from the Lincolnshire-based residential care group attended a prestigious award ceremony at the ExCel in London on 27th June after being named as finalists in five categories, two for the group sub-category and three for the individual.

Tanglewood claimed the title for three awards:

• Best Care Home Group (under 50 homes)
• Best Specialist Care for Cedar Falls Care Home in Spalding
• Best Non-Clinical Facilities

“We are absolutely over the moon to be bringing three national awards back to Lincolnshire,” said Tracy Ann Shelbourn, founder and Director of Tanglewood Care Homes.

“We were shortlisted for five awards, so to win three out of a potential five is a fantastic achievement for us. The awards are a true reflection of our hard-working staff who dedicate so much of their time to ensuring that our residents get the best possible care, and it’s so rewarding to be recognised for this.”

The Care Home Awards recognise excellence and innovation in care homes and suppliers across the UK, and this year 31 companies were named as finalists.
