Miller Homes Southern appoints new land director

Miller Homes has announced the appointment of a new land director for the Southern region, following its recent team expansion and office move.

Taking on the new position is Paul Finn, who has previous experience in land acquisition in an extensive range of sectors, including care, residential and retirement fields.

In his role, Paul will aim to secure additional sites to help further expand the business and raise the profile of Miller Homes to both land owners, agents and promoters.

The appointment follows the official the launch of the housebuilder’s new Southern office in Basingstoke, reflecting the demand for the market in the region.

Speaking after his appointment, Paul, who began his career in land acquisition in 2001, said:

“Throughout my career, I have been lucky enough to gain a wealth of experience in the industry, in a broad range of sectors. I’m thrilled to be taking on this role and to be joining an already knowledgeable and talented team, as we strive to help more families achieve their dream home.”

Miller Homes has also announced four new developments coming to the region, including Banbury Chase, Burghfield Park and Southbourne Fields, due to launch in summer 2018, and Cranleigh Grange, set to launch in autumn 2018.

Miller Homes was recently awarded a five-star rating in the Home Builders Federation (HBF) National Home Builders Federation New Home Customer Satisfaction Survey.
