Potter Clarkson toasts round of partner promotions

Leading intellectual property firm, Potter Clarkson LLP has reinforced its class-leading expertise with a round of partner and associate promotions.

Patent attorneys Tony Proctor, David Carling, Jason Teng and Tom Harding along with IP solicitor, Oliver Laing have all been promoted from senior associate to partner at the Nottingham-based firm, which is renowned for advising clients around the globe on some of the most complex and challenging patent and trade mark cases.

Additionally, the firm has also promoted patent attorneys Deborah Maxwell and Richard Wells alongside IP solicitor, Holly Mitchell, to senior associate, with a number of further team members stepping up from assistant to associate.

The promotions come on the back of a record year of growth for the firm and are testament to its broad range of expertise across the patent, trade mark and IP spaces.
