New Notts/Derbys Business Centre Welcomes First Tenants

A new high-tech business centre located halfway between Nottingham and Derby has welcomed its first tenants.

Bramley House, located close to the train station at Long Eaton, has been kitted out to modern high tech business standards and has already welcomed its first two tenants.

Amiga Bookkeeping and LinkedIn experts Linked Inspired are the first companies to snap up the high-spec office space, which is owned and operated by the UK’s leading serviced office brokerage, OfficeBroker.com.

The contemporary two-storey commercial property on Wilsthorpe Road, Long Eaton, opened its doors last month (APRIL) after undergoing a complete, state-of-the-art refit and refurbishment.

Now, the centre provides 25 fully furnished and high-spec serviced offices ranging from 80ft2 to 7,500ft2, as well as more than 2,500ft2 of modern communal space.

LinkedIn experts and inbound lead generation specialists Linked Inspired is one of the first to take an office suite.

Director Sam Rathling has spoken to audiences of 1,200+ people in 16 countries and is now on a mission to create £1 billion in sales for her clients using LinkedIn – activities she will now undertake from her new base in Long Eaton.

Amiga Bookkeeping, owned by Simone Colton, has also snapped up space in the state-of-the-art office complex.

The business offers tailored bookkeeping services from invoicing and bill payments to VAT and tax returns, and this is its first office premises.

Owned and operated by OfficeBroker.com, Bramley House is a contemporary two-storey serviced office space conveniently located just a three-minute walk from Long Eaton train station.

The 23 remaining office suites are all fully furnished and available to let on flexible, all-inclusive agreements with access to free super-fast shared internet, stylish break out spaces and functional meeting rooms.

The property also boasts onsite parking and bus links directly outside the building, making access super easy and convenient.

Commenting on joining Bramley House, Simone Colton said:

“I chose Bramley House because of its professional look, location, and great facilities. I settled in quickly and love being based here.

“I also feel it’s important that my clients feel comfortable visiting my office and don’t have to worry about finding or paying for somewhere to park – and Bramley House ticked that box straight away.”

Sam Rathling added:

“The building’s great location next to the train station was what first attracted us to the building – it’s ideal for anyone attending our training workshops!

“The centre has a modern and contemporary feel which is perfect for our recently re-branded company. We’re now looking forward to connecting with new businesses as they move in.”

On welcoming the first tenants to the building, Chris Meredith of OfficeBroker.com said:

“We’re delighted to welcome Amiga Bookkeeping and Linked Inspired to Bramley House.

“We have no doubt that their experience in and knowledge of their respective fields will help to establish the centre as one of the go-to business hubs in the East Midlands.

“The space boasts a stylish, open-plan feel with a comfy lounge area and convenient facilities including showers, air con, and CCTV, so we’re confident that the offices will prove popular amongst local businesses or those relocating to the area.”

Bramley House is positioned between Nottingham and Derby – both under 10-miles away – and the M1 is very close by.
